GTD GLOBAL LLC is an independent third-party travel booking assistance provider. We are not an airline or travel supplier. All flight bookings, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the policies and fare rules of the respective airline or travel service provider.
2. Airline Cancellation Policies
All cancellations are governed by the specific fare rules of the airline or travel provider.
Refund eligibility depends on the fare type purchased (refundable vs. non-refundable).
Some tickets may allow credits instead of cash refunds.
Certain promotional fares may not allow cancellations or changes.
Airline-imposed cancellation penalties may apply.
Customers are responsible for reviewing fare conditions before confirming a booking.
3. GTD GLOBAL LLC Service Fees
GTD GLOBAL LLC may charge service fees for:
Booking assistance
Cancellation processing
Modification handling
Refund requests
Reissuance of tickets
Service fees are separate from airline charges and are generally non-refundable, even if the airline approves a refund.
4. Refund Processing
If a booking qualifies for a refund under airline rules:
Refunds are processed by the airline or travel provider.
Processing timelines are determined solely by the airline.
Refunds may take several business days or weeks depending on the airline and payment provider.
Refunds are typically issued to the original form of payment.
GTD GLOBAL LLC does not control airline refund timelines and cannot guarantee exact processing durations.
5. Non-Refundable Tickets
For non-refundable tickets:
Refunds may not be available.
Airline credits may be issued if permitted under fare rules.
Airline change fees and fare differences may apply.
Any airline credit is subject to the airline’s expiration rules and conditions.
6. Voluntary vs. Involuntary Cancellations
A. Voluntary Cancellations
When the traveller chooses to cancel:
Airline penalties may apply.
GTD GLOBAL LLC service fees remain non-refundable.
B. Involuntary Cancellations
If an airline cancels or significantly changes a flight:
Refunds or rebooking options are subject to airline policies.
GTD GLOBAL LLC will assist in communicating available options.
7. No-Show Policy
Failure to appear for a scheduled flight without prior cancellation may result in:
Forfeiture of ticket value
Loss of refund eligibility
Cancellation of return or onward segments
Airline policies govern no-show consequences.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact GTD GLOBAL LLC before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorised or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
Cancellation of bookings
Recovery actions
Additional administrative fees
9. Force Majeure
GTD GLOBAL LLC shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, refund denials, or travel disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, airline operational issues, labour strikes, civil unrest, technical failures, or other force majeure events. Refunds in such circumstances remain subject to airline policies.
10. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate booking information
Reviewing fare rules before confirmation
Requesting cancellations within permitted timeframes
Maintaining valid travel documentation
Failure to comply may impact refund eligibility.
